Welcome to Driving School Of Adelaide. By booking or attending any of our driving lessons or test preparation sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Meeting Point
- All driving lessons and tests will begin at our designated meeting point unless otherwise arranged in advance.

- Any changes to the meeting location must be discussed and confirmed with the instructor before your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your driving lesson by providing a minimum of 5 days’ notice via text message. Requests made within less than 5 days may not be accommodated.
- Please note that rescheduling applies only to driving lessons and not to driving tests.
Appointment Adjustments
- At times, we may need to adjust your appointment time to ensure smooth scheduling and punctuality for all students.
- We will inform you of any such changes as early as possible.
Licence and Identification Requirements
- Learner Drivers: Must present a current Learner’s Permit (physical or digital via MyGov SA app) on the day of the lesson or test.
- International Licence Holders: Must provide a current temporary permit and a valid photo identification, such as a passport or Proof of Age card issued by Service SA.
- Failure to present valid documentation may result in cancellation of the session without a refund.
Payments and Cancellations
All payments made to Driving School Of Adelaide are non-refundable in cases of:
- Late cancellations
- No-shows
- Failure to provide valid documents as required above
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued if Driving School Of Adelaide is unable to provide the booked service.
- Approved refunds may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to process.
Driving Test Bookings
- The day and time booked for the test package are not final and may be adjusted according to instructor and vehicle availability.
- This service must be booked at least 4 days in advance.
- You will be notified in advance if any changes are required to your booking schedule.
Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully during lessons.
- Any abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of lessons without refund.
Limitation of Liability
- While every effort is made to ensure your safety during lessons, Driving School Of Adelaide and its instructors will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in lessons or tests.
Acceptance of Terms
- By booking or attending a driving lesson or test through Driving School Of Adelaide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
